Resources

The resources offered on this web site are not generic: I either have experience with a resource, or it is an accepted/well researched approach in the medical chronic pain treatment community.

I decided on the following categories as the best way to organize the site. Please view these resources as the warp (or the supportive structure of the site) with the blog posts as the weft (the colorful threads weaving in an out of them). Together I hope they will make a whole.

If you have been dealing with chronic pain for a while, you know that no single approach, fix or cure is completely helpful. Please be curious and look further. You may find surprises in each of them. Please also try the SEARCH function to your right.

Always seek the advice of a trained health care professional with any questions you may have regarding your own specific medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking medical treatment due to working with any modality mentioned on this website or any outside source link.
