Dealing with Thoughts

Research shows that dealing with the way we think can have profound effects on chronic pain. The therapy form most often associated with CP treatment is Cognitive behavioral therapy. This may be because CBT is also the best-researched therapy branch, or because it has a clear system of looking at thoughts that do not serve us any longer, as well as our behaviors and how to move into action.
